All invoices issued by datys.ai FZCO are payable within fourteen (14) days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice and using the payment method indicated by datys.ai. The Client is responsible for ensuring that payments are made in full without deduction, withholding, or set-off unless required by law.
If a payment is not received within the specified payment period, datys.ai reserves the right to apply statutory interest on overdue amounts in accordance with the applicable legal framework. Interest may accrue from the due date until the date of full payment.

All costs arising from the recovery of overdue payments, including reasonable legal or collection fees, may be charged to the Client to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed, all services are invoiced based on the scope defined in the applicable agreement, proposal, or order confirmation. Any additional services requested by the Client beyond the agreed scope may be invoiced separately.
Invoices are deemed accepted by the Client unless disputed in writing within seven (7) days of receipt. After this period, the invoice shall be considered approved.
datys.ai reserves the right to require partial or full upfront payment for certain projects, services, or new clients.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data in compliance with UAE PDPL, GDPR, and global data protection laws.
